Reebok Martial Arts Training is a comprehensive fitness
program that combines elements of Karate, Western Boxing,
and kick boxing with traditional fitness movements. This
program focuses on dynamic strength and flexibility as well
as authentic technique to create a safe and effective martial
arts-inspired workout to high energy music. Our workout
is integrated to train the mind as well as the body and
improves cardiovascular and muscular endurance, speed, balance
